I was born in Jakarta, Indonesia and immigrated to Hong Kong with my family in 1969. After working as a bookkeeper, we eventually landed in Canada as immigrants. In 1991, I married my husband.
My journey into real estate began in 1993 when I obtained my license to sell real estate in Toronto through Century 21 Winpax in Markham. Due to my husband's job, we relocated to Guelph in 1995, where we have been living ever since, raising our children. Once my children started attending school, I reinstated my license and rejoined Century 21 in October 2004.
In addition to completing OREA's mandatory courses for license renewal, I constantly update my skills through various other real estate courses. These include becoming an Accredited Green Agent (AGA), Accredited Senior Agent (ASA), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), and Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE).
With my children now grown up and living in different cities, I dedicate most of my free time to engaging in physical activities and volunteer work. This allows me to give back to the community that has been my home for many years.
Having witnessed the development of Guelph and its surrounding areas, I have gained a deep understanding of the market value in each location.
